How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
